To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Return shipping cost need to be bare by customer only.

You need to pack the product yourself and keep the necessary print outs ready for warranty pickups. It is also required to keep the original package box throughout the warranty period to pack it properly and avoid transit damages.

If a customer has mistakenly paid twice for the same product then the money will be refunded via the same source within 7 working days. If you are not completely happy or do not find it useful with a product purchased from, you may return it within 2 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. We will deduct 25% as a restocking fee and refund the balance amount to the customer provided returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals, and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Since we follow the same-day shipping principle, any cancellation needs to be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Please forward your order number to to request cancellation with the reason.
