Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Forward & Return shipping costs need to be paid by the customer only.

Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with a product purchased from hoverboardsinida.in, you may return it within 2 days of the delivery date for a refund. A restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied. The refund will be calculated after deducting this fee, provided that the returned items are undamaged, clean, and in new condition, with all original materials—including packaging, manuals, and accessories—along with the original invoice. Please note that the refund policy is not applicable after the 2 days following the delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You need to pack the product yourself and keep the necessary print outs ready for warranty pickups. It is also required to keep the original package box throughout the warranty period to pack it properly and avoid transit damages.

If a customer has mistakenly paid twice for the same product then the money will be refunded via the same source within 7 working days. If you are not completely happy or do not find it useful with a product purchased from hoverboardsindia.in, you may return it within 2 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. We will deduct 25% as a restocking fee and refund the balance amount to the customer provided returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals, and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. After the 2 Days period from the delivery date. A refund policy will not be applicable.

Cancellations Policy

Since we follow the same-day shipping principle, any cancellation needs to be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Please forward your order number to indianhoverboards@gmail.com to request cancellation with the reason. Order cancellation of more than 2 hours will not be considered. If you still wish to cancel after 2 hours period, double Shipping charges (To and from) will be applicable to the customer, if the order has been dispatched, Then a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges. The amount will be refunded to your account within seven working days of receiving the product.
