Warranty

*All claims will have to be made 12 months from the date of purchase. (In the warranty time period if board got any issue, shipping charges will be applicable to the customers)

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation needs to be done before 2 hours of shipment. Please forward your order confirmation to help@hoverboardsindia.in to request cancellation.Order cancellation more than 2 hours will not be considered. The amount will be refund to your account within seven working days. Shipping chargers will be application to the customer.

Replacement Policy

We don’t have any replacement policy, but in case a customer has received a damaged product he can contact on our customer care number 934-669-3756 but this has to be done within 24 hours of product delivery with the complete image proofs of the damaged product. If we find the claim right, the product will be replaced in 7-10 working days.

Return Policy

We don’t have any return and exchange policy, we provide repair warranty. No returns/Exchange is allowed after the product is delivered
